To avoid any delays in processing, please notify your bank that you are adding a credit card to Postmates, Inc.
If Postmates can’t process payment for your deliveries on the linked credit card, you will receive an email notification of an issue processing payment and will be prompted to update payment details in your Partner Dashboard. If your credit card payment fails, please take a moment to review your credit card for:
- Billing blocked by your bank
- Insufficient credit
- Credit card expired
You’ll have 48 hours to update payment information. Unfortunately, after 48 hours if we still cannot successfully process payment, your account will be suspended and unable to create additional deliveries.
