We don’t want to keep you waiting. As such, you are free to cancel a delivery at any time. To do so:
Dashboard user: Select the order you wish to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the order page to select Cancel Delivery.
This order will now show as canceled in your delivery history log.

To ensure Postmates are compensated for their time spent on a delivery, do note the following fee structure for canceling a delivery:
- cancel order with no courier assigned: no charge
- cancel order with a courier assigned but pickup not yet complete: $5 fee
- cancel order with a courier assigned and pickup is complete: full delivery fee
