|
- Location where Postmate picks up items for delivery.

- Count of completed orders/deliveries.

Cancelled
|
- Count of requests cancelled by customer and Postmates.

Admincancel_rate
|
- % of total requests cancelled by Postmates or system.

Cus_Cancel_Rate
|
- % of total requests cancelled by the customers’ team or system.
|
CNA Rate
|
- The rate at which a Postmate arrives to drop off the order and the customer is not available (CNA). Postmates must wait 5 minute and call and text the customer with no reply before being able to mark them as not available.

Min at Pickup
|
- Total time the Postmate spent waiting at pickup location. Begins when the Postmate passes the imminent pickup fence and when pickup is marked completed.

Min_at_dropoff
|
- Total time Postmate spent at dropoff location. Begins when the Postmate passes the imminent dropoff fence and when pickup is marked completed.

Dropoff_mi
|
- Number of miles driven from the pickup address to the drop address for delivery.

Start_Pickup_to_Drop Off
|
- Time spent from start of pickup to completed dropoff.
|
Ontime_rate
|
- On-time rate = % of time, the completed time is less time than the dropoff deadline we provide in our quote. The dropoff deadline is the pickup deadline + estimated time of arrival suggested by our system.

Completion_Rate
|
- Percentage of total orders completed.
